Introducing the National Arts Centre:
The National Arts Centre (NAC) is Canada’s bilingual, multi-disciplinary home for the performing arts. The NAC presents, creates, produces, and co-produces performing arts programming in various streams—the NAC Orchestra, Dance, English Theatre, French Theatre, Indigenous Theatre, and Popular Music and Variety—and nurtures the next generation of audiences and artists from across Canada.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the National Arts Centre Orchestra’s (NACO), the Senior Manager of Community Partnerships and Programming Diversity works with an energetic orchestra administration team to help shape and implement the programming vision of the NACO’s Music Director in view of the NAC’s strategic priorities, particularly in the areas of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, with a strong emphasis on amplifying historically excluded voices on the national stage. This position also leads the NAC Orchestra’s community engagement strategy and Community Partnerships and Youth and Family Programming team.
