Starting at the summer stock company in 2015 as the sole stage management staff member, I am responsible for execution of all productions (on average 4 mainstage, 2 concerts, a fundraising gala, and a touring children's opera). Over the course of my employment I have grown the stage management staff from myself to 3 members. Industry standard policies and procedures have been designed with company leadership and implement as appropriate.
